Tailored Quote & Scheduling
Based on our consultation, we prepare a transparent, itemised quote with no hidden fees and no surprises. We price per bedroom for end of lease, per square metre for carpet cleaning, and provide custom proposals for commercial and post-construction work. Once approved, we lock in your preferred date and time.
The Clean
Our team arrives on time, in uniform, with all professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly Agar products. We follow detailed service-specific checklists and work methodically through every room, every surface, every detail.
Quality Check & Handover
Before we leave, our team leader conducts a final walkthrough against our quality standards. For end of lease cleans, we take before-and-after photos. For post-construction handovers, we verify against builder specifications. We don't leave until the space meets our standard, and yours.
Follow-Up & Guarantee
After every clean, we follow up to make sure you're completely satisfied. Our end of lease service comes with a 72-hour bond-back guarantee: if the real estate agent identifies any issues, we come back and fix them at no additional cost. We stand behind our work, every time.
